40m Pirate spewing Anti-vax propaganda

Last night I was doing some SSTV, and noted that I was starting to hear some garbled noise near by. The signal was strongest just below me at 7.170. After changing modes - to CW of all things - I was able to hear it. 

A propaganda recording on repeat, alleging that the vaccination campaign has been an act of treason by the Commonwealth against the people. 

I heard the same message a few times before recording it and a few times afterward. After a few minutes, it finally stopped. 

Disappointing to hear this garbage on our bands.
